Overview

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@moonstruckgalleries.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our prints and wall murals are made to order and part of exclusive collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival. The following items are non-returnable:

Limited edition prints and wall murals

Custom or personalized orders

Gift cards

Damage Claims & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@moonstruckgalleries.com.

2. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

3. Once we review your claim, we will determine if a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Please note:

We may require you to return the damaged item before processing a replacement.

Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is sold out, we may offer a similar piece or store credit.

Refunds

As our prints are limited edition, we do not offer refunds except in cases where a replacement is not possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, email us at orders@moonstruckgalleries.com before returning the item.

Shipping Returns

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
