3.1. Orders are considered final once placed. Due to the limited edition nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been confirmed.

4.1. We ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.4. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
5.1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our limited-edition products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
5.2. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@moonstruckgalleries.com with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
